Cancellation & Refund Policies for Wright Holistic Realms LLC:

At Wright Holistic Realms LLC, we value your time, energy, and commitment to personal growth and wellness. Please take a moment to review our cancellation and refund policies, which help us maintain a respectful, efficient, and empowering experience for all clients and practitioners.

Cancellation Policy for 

We understand that life happens and schedules may shift. To honor everyone’s time, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines for all virtual one-on-one sessions and peer group sessions. We encourage proactive scheduling and timely communication to ensure the best outcomes for your wellness journey.  

Advance Notice:

- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session.  

- Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Missed Sessions / No-Shows: 

- If you do not attend your session and fail to notify us within 48 hours in advance, it will be marked as a “No-Show.”  

- Our wellness team will remain available for 15 minutes from the scheduled start time of every session. After that, the session will be closed.  

- No-shows are non-refundable, and may affect your ability to book future sessions.

Digital Product Policy: No Refunds

We’re grateful for your interest in our digital wellness offerings. As part of our commitment to transparency and clarity, please review our digital order policy before purchasing.

1. Nature of Digital Products

Final Sale:

- Once your purchase is confirmed, we are unable to offer refunds for any digital product. Please review descriptions carefully before completing your transaction.

2. Exceptions

2.1. Technical Difficulties:

- If you encounter a technical issue accessing your digital content, please contact us immediately. We’re happy to assist with resolving the problem.

2.2. Content Concerns:

- If you believe the product does not meet the description or expected quality, please notify us within 48 hours of purchase. We will assess and provide appropriate support where possible.
