Meet Our Founder & CEO

Dr. Wright was born and raised in Trenton, NJ and is currently a quality assurance analyst for a state government agency.  In this role, she helps streamline organizational performances to improve outcomes for service users, using a combination of engagement, collaboration, and data visualization techniques.  For the last decade, Dr. Wright has done social work within child welfare and criminal justice settings, servicing individuals facing permanency, penal, domestic violence, substance abuse, and mental health challenges.  Her previously facilitated group therapy sessions have included topics related to domestic violence, smoking cessation, life-skills, and job-readiness.  Within professional settings, Dr. Wright has served as the Wellness Ambassador and on group initiatives to aid in promoting positive work environments, job satisfaction, and self-care for fellow coworkers.  Dr. Wright is a Licensed Social Worker, also holding a Master’s in Social Work and a Master’s in Public Administration. Additionally, Dr. Wright is an Adjunct Professor, business owner, mother, and she enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones.
