Shantice Wright is currently a Quality Assurance Specialist in the field of child welfare. With over a decade of experience in child welfare and criminal justice, Shantice has worked in various roles supporting clients in foster care, criminal justice, domestic violence, substance abuse, and mental health. 

She holds a Master’s in Social Work and a Master’s in Public Administration.  She is also a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and NJ Notary Public.

Shantice is currently pursuing a doctorate in Social Work Human Rights Leadership. 

Shantice's passions include promoting workplace well-being and self-care, serving as a Wellness Ambassador in her various positions. 

Outside of work, she is an Adjunct Professor, a dog mom, and enjoys spending time with her loved ones.
